Earthquake Update From Rockingham Memorial Hospital

At 1:50 p.m. today a magnitude 5.9 earthquake, with epicenter at Mineral, Virginia, near Richmond, was felt from North Carolina to New York.

At Rockingham Memorial Hospital no patients or staff were injured.

Maintenance has completed a complete facility assessment and has found no visible structural damage.

Utilities, cell phone and internet service are operational.

All appointments and procedures are being conducted as planned.
