  1. Being a senior… and am looking @ hip replacement soon, I use to be active. I enjoyed the ocean, walking, and working. However, time rules and arthritis has its day.

While working up north, I noted a TV exercise program called “sit and fit” The program was out of Buffalo, NY. It was primarily for seniors, who no longer look like bambi in thongs, and who had lost some of their balance and or mobility. One sits in a well supporting chair while exercising…Have tried to to remember some of the moves. I would like to find the video. I have never seen anything so beneficial for those with lack of mobility and painful joints. The whole program was not long and perfect for those who sit and do not have the ability to stand and exercise… It was a complete mild cardio with some weight, as I use two one pound cans.

If you can find program, I would appreciate it. A nice simple and uncomplicated way to start the day. :0)
